Cancel anytime in goodwill.

Taking a break? You can pause your monthly classes for as long as you like, and come back whenever you're ready, summer included.

Missed a class because of a vacation, a sick day or a family emergency? Just text the teacher and ask which class you can pop in on to make it up. Your artist can come to really any class and make it up.

Joining a class that already runs? You can join on the day, even as you walk in the door.

Private lessons, and brand-new classes, need booking at least three days ahead, so your teacher has time to prep and plan. If it's less than three days away, book for the following week or book a free 10-minute call and we'll see what's possible.

Because our camps are small and often sell out, each registration reserves a space specifically for your child. For that reason, we are unable to offer full refunds once a spot has been held.

30+ Days Before Camp Start Date
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the camp start date will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

Within 30 Days of Camp
Cancellations made within 30 days of camp are not eligible for a refund. However, if we are able to fill the spot from our waitlist, we will issue a studio credit that can be used toward a future camp, class, or event.

Camp Cancellation by Creative Art Place
If Creative Art Place must cancel a camp session, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another camp.
