Privacy Policy

Creative Art Place ("we", "us") is an art studio for kids and grown-ups in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or book a class, camp or party, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

When you fill in a form on this website, message us or book a call, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• Your email address
• What you're interested in and who the artist is
• The messages and notes you send us

We also record whether you agreed to receive text messages, and basic details about how you reached us (the page you were on and any campaign link you followed).

We use your information only to:

• Reply to your inquiry and arrange classes, camps, parties and calls
• Send booking confirmations, reminders and studio updates
• Answer questions you ask us

If you agree to text messages, we text you about your inquiry, bookings and classes. You can reply STOP at any time to stop them. See our SMS Terms.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We use service providers, such as our booking, payment and messaging software, to store your details and send messages for us. They may only use your information to provide that service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Parents and guardians fill in our forms. We ask who the artist is so we can suggest the right class. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

We keep your details for as long as we need them to arrange and run your classes, camps and parties, or until you ask us to delete them.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us.
